BBM Bazaar shows products only from sellers within 15 km of your delivery address. If a product isn't visible, the seller likely doesn't deliver to your area. Try changing the delivery pincode in the header.
Go to Account → Orders, pick the order, and you'll see a live timeline that updates as the vendor packs, the rider picks up, and your package is on its way.
Yes! Your cart can contain items from any number of nearby shops. Each shop's items become a separate shipment with its own rider. You'll see one tracking timeline per shipment.
Yes. The rider will only collect the exact amount shown on the order. You can ask for a receipt; it's shown on the rider's app and in your tracking page.
Same-day for orders placed before 5pm, next-day otherwise. The rider's ETA shows up on the tracking page as soon as the order is picked up.
The rider will call the contact number on the order. If unreachable for 10 minutes, the rider returns the package to the shop and the order is marked "Failed delivery". You can choose to reschedule from your order page.

Yes — BBM Bazaar supports dual accounts on one email. Sign up separately at Become a Vendor with a different password. Your shopping and your selling stay completely separate.
