The legal contract between you and BBM Bazaar.
1. About this marketplace
BBM Bazaar is a marketplace — we connect buyers with independent third-party sellers in their city. The actual sale of goods is between you and the seller. We act as a logistics and payments intermediary.
2. Eligibility
- You must be at least 18 years old.
- You must provide accurate name, contact, and address information.
- You are responsible for the security of your account password.
3. Orders
- Placing an order is an offer to buy. The seller (and we) reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order — for example if the item is out of stock, the address is outside our 15 km service radius, or fraud is suspected.
- For COD orders you must pay the rider in cash (or accepted UPI to rider) on delivery. Refusing to pay on delivery may result in account suspension.
4. Pricing & taxes
- Prices shown include GST where applicable. The invoice issued by the seller is a Tax Invoice if the seller is GST-registered; otherwise it is a Bill of Supply.
- Delivery fees are shown separately at checkout. The platform may charge a small service fee that is itemised on the invoice.

6. Prohibited use
- No reselling without explicit written consent.
- No scraping or automated bulk extraction of catalog data.
- No abusive behaviour toward sellers or riders.
- No fraudulent payments or chargebacks.
7. Liability
As the marketplace operator, our liability is limited to the order value or ₹5,000, whichever is lower. The seller is responsible for product quality, warranty, and statutory consumer rights.
8. Disputes
These terms are governed by Indian law. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of the seller's city, unless you elect to file in your own city as a consumer.
9. Changes
We may update these terms at any time. Material changes will be notified at least 7 days in advance by email.
